Description

Maison Collet’s Rosé Brut is a non-vintage Champagne cuvée drawn from the house’s Grand and Premier Crus. The blend is approximately 41% Pinot Noir, 36% Chardonnay and 23% Meunier, including 18% Pinot Noir vinified as red; the base wine is from 2018 and reserve wines are used. It shows a bright peach-pink hue with red fruit and floral aromas, a creamy mousse and a balanced structure. Well suited as an aperitif and to pair with red-fruit desserts and lighter dishes.
