Description

Red wine from the Cahors AOP made from Malbec (Côt Noir) sourced from a single plot of red clay over limestone at 350 m elevation. Traditional vinification with roughly 25 days of maceration and about 15 months ageing in cement tanks, which helps retain fruit freshness. On the nose and palate it shows intense red and dark fruit, subtle floral hints and fine tannins supported by clear minerality.
