Description

From Domaine Comtesse de Chérisey, the Meursault labelled “Bois de Blagny” is made from vines in the Hameau de Blagny, on the border between Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. Produced from Chardonnay, it conveys the local terroir qualities associated with clay-limestone soils and the hillside amphitheatre of the Bois de Blagny climat. The cuvée is presented as a site-expressive white, worked in the vineyard with environmentally minded practices to highlight the finesse and minerality typical of Meursault whites.
