Description

The Barolo Ginestra Vigna SorƬ Ginestra 2020 from Conterno Fantino is a Barolo DOCG made from 100% Nebbiolo grown in the Ginestra cru of Monforte dā€™Alba. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with maceration in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation in wood and aging in French oak. The vineyard faces south on calcareous-silty soils (Marne di Santā€™Agata Fossili) at 330ā€“370 m above sea level; production is about 12,000 bottles for this wine.
