Description

Clelia Coppo is a rosé sparkling wine from Coppo in Canelli (Piedmont), made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The wine is a Vino Spumante di Qualità; secondary fermentation occurs in bottle using a traditional/ancestral method and the wine spends at least 24 months on the lees. It shows an onion-skin pink color with a fine, persistent perlage and aromas of red berries and white flowers; on the palate it is fresh, juicy and slightly saline.
