Description

Riserva Coppo is the Alta Langa expressing the estate’s exploration of traditional-method sparkling wine from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Hand-selected grapes come from hillside vineyards on clay-limestone marl. Gentle pressing precedes fermentation in barrique and maturation on the lees with frequent stirring. The second fermentation takes place in bottle, followed by extended lees contact. Fine bubbles accompany a fragrant, complex profile with fruity suggestions. On the palate, freshness and structure support a focused style rooted in the house’s sparkling-wine tradition and its experience of maturation.
