Description

Corbon’s Les Bacchantes Rosé 2020 is a pure Meunier Champagne from the Les Vignes d’Avize parcel in Trélou-sur-Marne. The vineyard faces south and the colour develops through eighteen hours of skin maceration. Vinification and ten months of maturation take place in oak, with malolactic fermentation completed. No fining, filtration or cold stabilisation is carried out. Tirage in July 2021 takes place under cork. The second harvest of this pink interpretation, the cuvée shares with the white Les Bacchantes its reference to Claude Corbon’s moustache.
