Description

The Corte Bravi Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2019 is a DOCG red wine produced in Gargagnago (Sant’Ambrogio di Valpolicella). It is made from dried grapes placed in wooden boxes, using the producer's declared blend (40% Corvinone, 40% Corvina, 15% Molinara, 5% Rondinella), followed by extended oak aging. Aromas include dried plum, cherry in spirit, spice and chocolate hints; on the palate it is intense, long-lasting and supported by soft tannins. The estate practises organic farming and bottles without filtration.
