Les Putiers 2021 by Cyril Courvoisier is a white Saint‑Péray made from Marsanne (50%) and Roussanne (50%). The vineyards lie in the Les Putiers lieu‑dit on clay‑limestone soils; vinification involves spontaneous fermentation and roughly 12 months ageing in used barrels and sandstone tanks. Aromas include white flowers, yellow fruit and dried‑fruit/honey notes, while the palate is rounded, fresh and finishes with a saline touch.
