Description

Sansevieria is a classic-method rosé sparkling wine from d’Araprì, produced in the San Severo area of Puglia and sold under the IGP Daunia Rosè designation. Made from 100% Nero di Troia, the bottles rest on the lees for approximately 30 months; it shows a pale onion-skin pink colour with aromas of red berries and citrus. On the palate it is fresh and elegant, with fine perlage and a finish recalling raspberry and bright acidity.
