Description

Dalla Valle’s Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the estate vineyards on the eastern hillsides of Oakville in Napa Valley. Cabernet Sauvignon forms the centre of the blend, accompanied by Cabernet Franc. The plots occupy a plateau and slopes with iron-rich volcanic soils containing clay and ancient stones. Their exposure provides abundant light, tempered by breezes from San Pablo Bay. Each parcel contributes its own characteristics to the final composition. Produced since 1986, the wine brings together the property’s different expressions, keeping the balance between its hillside setting and marine influence as a defining reference.
