Description

The Nekaj 2021 from Damijan Podversic is a Collio white made from 100% Friulano. The wine is produced with extended skin contact (an orange/skin-contact style) followed by maturation in wood, in line with the producer’s winemaking approach. On the palate it shows aromatic complexity with fruity and honeyed hints and a subtle bitter note, balanced by structure and Collio mineral character. It pairs well with flavorful fish dishes, shellfish and white meats.
