Description

Damijan Podversic's Collio Malvasia Istriana 2021 is a white wine from Collio (Friuli‑Venezia Giulia) made solely from Malvasia Istriana grapes. Vinification includes fermentation and skin contact in oak conical vats for 60–90 days, followed by about three years of aging in 20–30 hL barrels and further bottle aging. The wine displays amber tones and aromatic notes of spice and savory herbs, including green pepper and tomato leaf.
