Description

“CCC” (Come un Cane in Chiesa) by Daniele Ricci is a white wine made from Timorasso grown in the Colli Tortonesi. The wine is produced with a short skin maceration and aged in partially filled wooden barrels/tonneaux to develop an oxidative, amber-tinged character. Aromas combine earthy and ripe fruit notes, while the palate is structured, slightly tannic and driven by pronounced saline tension. Releases may appear without a single uniform vintage due to extended ageing and variable bottling practices.
