Description
Favola is a white blend from Dario Princic, created in 2008 when the remaining grapes after a severe downy mildew outbreak were vinified together as a single cuvée. The wine is produced in Friuli-Venezia Giulia and is classified as IGT Venezia Giulia. Vinification involves extended skin contact and traditional, artisanal cellar practices characteristic of the estate, resulting in a structured, complex white. Favola is not made every year and is released only in selected vintages.
