David Duband’s Chambertin Grand Cru 2020 is a red Burgundy from Gevrey‑Chambertin made from Pinot Noir. The wine comes from east‑facing plots on marly‑limestone soils with mature vines; fermentation includes a high proportion of whole clusters and subsequent barrel ageing. It shows a balanced profile of gentle tannins, lively acidity and a mineral thread supporting ripe red fruit. Pairs well with roasted or game dishes and other richly flavored foods.
