Santenay 1er Cru Beaurepaire is a white wine made by David Moreau in the Côte de Beaune. It comes from a small south-facing vineyard (about 0.38 ha) planted on limestone-rich soils. Fermentation and ageing take place in oak (around 12 months, with roughly 20% new wood), yielding a broad, mineral-driven profile with aromas of white flowers and fresh fruit.
