Baron de L - Collection is the flagship cuvée associated with Château du Nozet within the Pouilly‑Fumé appellation, noted for its finesse and balance. Made from selected Sauvignon Blanc grapes, it shows aromas of white fruit, citrus and pronounced flinty minerality. Vinification and aging favor tanks and approaches that preserve freshness and lively acidity, with no use of oak. It is released only in vintages considered exceptional and is sourced from the estate’s top parcels.
