Produced by Maison De Sousa in Avize, this Grand Cru Extra Brut Champagne (Cuvée 3A / “Tre A”) is a non-vintage cuvée composed mainly of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the Grand Cru sites of Avize, Aÿ and Ambonnay. The bouquet shows citrus, white-flower notes and subtle brioche character, with a fresh, mineral profile. On the palate it is dry and sapid, balancing the finesse of Chardonnay with the depth of Pinot Noir.
