Description

Mycorhize is a Blanc de Blancs cuvée from De Sousa, produced in the Côte des Blancs (Avize). It is made entirely from Chardonnay, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in 225‑litre oak barrels; disgorgement is followed by an Extra Brut dosage of about 3 g/L. The estate applies soil‑respecting, biodynamic practices to encourage root and microbial activity; the wine shows a mineral, soft and persistent profile.
