Description

Delamotte Blanc de Blancs is made from Grand Cru Chardonnay and reflects the house’s connection with the Côte des Blancs. Vinification takes place in stainless steel; the blend includes reserve wines and is followed by an extended period on the lees. The producer highlights a mineral, chalk-like character linked to the vineyards’ chalk soils. Exposure to air allows that profile to open further. Delamotte recommends serving the wine at around 8°C in a tulip-shaped glass, alongside oysters or grilled fish, or simply enjoying it as an aperitif.
