Description

The Delarocque Brut Rosé is a Champagne AOC produced by Maison Delarocque in the Champagne region. The cuvée is built around Chardonnay with a smaller Pinot Noir component; the Chardonnay comes from Mesnil‑sur‑Oger and the Pinot Noir from Vertus. It shows an antique pink colour, fine perlage and aromas of strawberry, raspberry and peach, with a fresh, silky palate. Suitable pairings include starters, richer fish dishes and dark chocolate desserts.
