Description

Delas Frères' Domaine des Grands Chemins is a Crozes-Hermitage made from Syrah, selected from parcels with different soils, exposures and elevations. Its origins include alluvial and granite ground on the left bank of the Rhône. Hand harvesting is followed by destemming and stainless-steel fermentation, with gentle extraction through pumping over and cap punching. Maturation combines barrels and tanks before the lots are selected and blended. The cuvée's character emphasises finesse and balance, bringing together different expressions of northern Rhône Syrah within the estate's vineyard selection.
