Hermitage Domaine des Tourettes Blanc

Information

Description

Delas Domaine des Tourettes Blanc is a Marsanne Hermitage from the western side of the celebrated hill. The house chose granite-based sites traditionally associated with Syrah to develop a different expression of white Hermitage. Sandy and silty elements form part of the soils, while the combination of vineyard parcels seeks to bring structure and breadth together with fruit and acidity. The producer’s general introduction emphasises natural freshness, complexity and a subtle bitter edge. Its gastronomic interpretation focuses on the relationship between Marsanne’s character and the wine’s granite origins.
