Hermitage Domaine des Tourettes Rouge

Information

Description

Delas Frères' Domaine des Tourettes Rouge is an Hermitage Syrah combining the Les Grandes Vignes and Les Bessards parcels. Different elevations on the hill and soils of granite, mica schist, gneiss and alluvial deposits form a varied origin. Grapes are harvested by hand and the individual sites are vinified separately, with fermentation in stainless steel. After maturation in oak, blending precedes a further rest in tank. The wine combines a linear structure, generous substance and aromatic complexity, with a mineral character linked to the diversity of its ground.
