Description

Sauvage Brut Nature from Delouvin Nowack is a non-vintage (Brut Nature) Champagne from the Delouvin family in Vandières, Vallée de la Marne. It is made from Pinot Meunier grapes sourced mainly from the estate’s plots in Vandières and presented as a pure expression of the variety. The cuvée is released in limited quantities and is vinified and sold without dosage, highlighting the vineyard character of Meunier.
