Description
Cuvée Kurt is a Dennis Wolf white wine bringing together several varieties grown in the Pfalz. Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Riesling feature in the blend. The grapes come from vineyards worked according to biodynamic practices and are harvested by hand. Parcels are vinified separately, with slow pressing and spontaneous fermentation, before being brought together in the cuvée. Bottling takes place without fining or filtration. The project reflects Wolf’s background, growing up in a winegrowing family and also training in France: a white built through the combination of different varieties and vineyard plots.
