Description

The Franciacorta Brut Blanc de Noirs “Crisalis” 2019 from Derbusco Cives is a traditional-method sparkling wine from Erbusco in the Franciacorta area of Lombardy. Made from 100% Pinot Noir with short skin contact to gain color and texture and extended lees aging, it offers aromas of white fruit, herbal notes and subtle toasted nuances. On the palate it shows structure, a creamy mousse and a persistent finish. It pairs well with richer seafood starters, hearty first courses and savory white meats.
