Description

The Coteaux Champenois En Chanzeux 2020 is a red wine produced through the collaboration between Champagne Devaux and Michel Chapoutier. It comes from the En Chanzeux lieu-dit in Les Riceys (Côte des Bar) and is made from 100% Pinot Noir. Winemaking includes an extended maceration (about 20% whole clusters) with malolactic fermentation in oak and 18 months ageing in 300-litre barrels. Released in a limited edition, the wine shows red fruit and floral aromas with refined structure and subtle tobacco notes.
