Sténopé is a partnership between Champagne Devaux, a house in the Côte des Bar, and Michel Chapoutier, a leading name of the Rhône Valley. The 2012 vintage blends Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and ages on its lees for at least seven years. It balances creaminess and freshness, with white flowers, citrus and brioche.
