Dans un Premier Temps is an Extra Brut non‑vintage Champagne from Dhondt‑Grellet, blended from the three classic Champagne varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier). It offers fine bubbles, lively citrus and orchard fruit, with subtle toasty notes and a saline, mineral finish. The cuvée pairs current‑year wines with a perpetual reserve that provides aromatic continuity and structural depth.
