Description

The Dhondt-Grellet Le Bateau 2016 is a vintage Blanc de Blancs made exclusively from Chardonnay grown in the “Le Bateau” lieu-dit within the Grand Cru village of Cramant. Bottled in an Extra Brut style, the wine highlights the chalky, saline character of Cramant’s terroir. Aromas of citrus, white flowers and a hint of baked bread lead to a fresh, saline palate with a mineral backbone and lasting finish.
