Description
The 2023 Blanc etc… from Didier Dagueneau is a dry white made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc in the Loire Valley near Pouilly. Aromas of citrus and white-fleshed fruit are complemented by pronounced minerality and brisk acidity. On the palate it is fresh and focused, with fine structure and a saline finish. The cuvée is assembled from younger parcels around Saint-Andelain and receives roughly 12 months of aging in barrels.
