A 2015 vintage Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut from Diebolt-Vallois, made entirely from Chardonnay. This prestige cuvée expresses the Côte des Blancs character, particularly parcels in Cramant (Grand Cru). Released in an Extra Brut style with reported dosage around 3–4 g/L, it spends extended time on the lees to emphasise tension, verticality and the chalky minerality of its terroir.
