Dislivelli’s Rosso di Valtellina is made from Nebbiolo (known locally as Chiavennasca) grown on the steep terraces of Valtellina, with vineyards in the Sassella area. Vinification is carried out with spontaneous fermentation and aging in amphora, featuring an extended skin maceration that defines the producer’s style. The wine shows delicate notes of rose and red fruit and an elegant, flowing profile that pairs well with mountain cuisine and cured meats.
