Description

The Blanc de Noirs Dosaggio Zero 2019 from Divella is a méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine made in Gussago, in the Franciacorta area of Lombardy, by Alessandra Divella. Produced from 100% Pinot Noir and released without added dosage (dosage zero), it undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle according to the classic method and is aged on the lees. It is offered as a Spumante Metodo Classico and represents a small-scale, terroir-driven production.
