Description

Clo Clo by Alessandra Divella is a Metodo Classico rosé, zero-dosage sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir grown in Gussago in the eastern Franciacorta area (Lombardy). The cuvée is produced with careful vinification and an extended lees aging (around 42 months, depending on disgorgement). It shows a fine perlage, moderate alcohol and a palate framed by red-berry hints, yeasty/bread notes and a fresh, saline finish. Current releases are from the 2024 vintage.
