Description

Dady is a traditional method sparkling wine made by Alessandra Divella in Gussago, within the Franciacorta area. It is a Blanc de Blancs from 100% Chardonnay, produced with an artisanal, zero‑dosage approach and extended lees ageing. In the glass it shows a fine mousse with aromas of citrus, yeasty and lightly toasted notes, supported by a distinct mineral structure.
