Description

Made by Alessandra Divella in Gussago (Brescia), the Dosaggio Zero Blanc de Blancs 2022 is a Metodo Classico sparkling wine produced from 100% Chardonnay. Spontaneous fermentations and extended lees ageing (around 30 months) contribute yellow-fruit and pastry notes framed by fresh minerality. The zero dosage highlights the wine's sapidity and tension, making it a good match for seafood starters and shellfish.
