Description

NiNì 2019 from Alessandra Divella is a Metodo Classico sparkling wine released as a zero-dosage bottling from the Franciacorta area in Lombardy. It is made from an equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and spends about 42 months on the lees. Fermentations are spontaneous (indigenous), with no added sulphites. NiNì represents a small-scale, artisan approach to classic-method sparkling wine from the estate.
