Description

Dom Pérignon Œnothèque Brut is the late-release edition of Dom Pérignon’s flagship cuvée, produced only as a vintage Champagne from the Champagne region. It is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes and is set aside for extended aging before release. The label “Œnothèque” historically signals a later stage of the wine’s development (a subsequent “plénitude,” now associated with P2/P3 releases).
