Description

Dom Pérignon Plénitude 2 comes from bottles of a single harvest retained for longer ageing on lees in the house’s cellars. It represents the second stage of the evolutionary journey envisaged by the producer, following the wine until it reaches a new expressive balance. Time is treated as a resource capable of expanding depth, intensity and persistence while preserving the vintage’s energy. Each release therefore maintains its individual harvest identity within a shared vision. P2 offers a further interpretation of Dom Pérignon, shaped by the house’s decision about the moment when it is ready to be revealed.
