Dom Pérignon Rosé Plénitude 2 interprets the house’s rosé through particularly extended maturation on lees. The project concerns a limited selection of bottles retained to follow a new expressive stage while preserving the connection with the individual harvest. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay form the blend, linked to Champagne’s Grand Cru vineyards and Hautvillers. The second Plénitude seeks intensity, depth and vitality, allowing time to transform texture without losing the wine’s original energy. It offers a different perspective on Dom Pérignon Rosé, shaped by patience and the choice of when the wine should be released.
