Dom Pérignon Vintage begins with a clear commitment: to express a single harvest through the art of blending. When a year cannot fulfil that ambition, the house may choose not to declare a vintage. Time is central to this approach, with slow maturation on the lees in dark cellars shaping precision, intensity and complexity. The house specifies at least eight years of elaboration for Vintage. Its guiding aim is harmony, bringing the individual character of the harvest into balance with the enduring identity of Dom Pérignon.
