Description

Dom Pérignon Plénitude 2 2006 extends the maturation journey of the 2006 vintage. The house retains some bottles on their lees to observe new expressive stages of the same wine; Plénitude 2 requires at least fifteen years of elaboration. In this release, the harvest’s original generosity is accompanied by a more pronounced saline tension and bitterness that has become subtle and delicate. The palate remains broad and enveloping, while time brings a different balance. The cuvée therefore reveals the evolution of one vintage through a longer stay in the cellar.
