Description

Produced by Domaine 47°N3°E (Guillaume Michaut) in the Chablis area, the “Cairn” comes from a 0.39 ha parcel planted in 2000 in a small valley near Beines. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown with organic/biodynamic practices and fermented with native yeasts. Vinification is carried out in stainless steel with about 12 months’ ageing partly in tank and partly in new oak, yielding a wine with fine tension, minerality and delicate floral and fruit notes.
