Description

Les Mines from Domaine Andrée is a red wine from Anjou in the Loire Valley, produced by Stéphane Erissé. It is made from 100% Cabernet Franc grown on parcels with schist-influenced, sandy-clay soils. Aromas combine red and black fruit with floral and subtle mineral tones; on the palate it shows fine tannins, lively acidity and a savory, persistent finish, pairing well with roasted white meats and aged cheeses.
