Description

Emphase brings together six parcels around Comblanchien, in the southern sector of the Côte de Nuits. Antoine Lienhardt introduced this cuvée in 2017 to combine differences in soil, exposure and vine heritage into a broader interpretation of the area. Pinot Noir is harvested and sorted by hand; whole-cluster vinification favours measured maceration, followed by barrel maturation. The aim is to retain the energy of the fruit and allow the different origins to complement one another. The wine therefore presents Comblanchien through a blend conceived to express its harmony and complexity.
