Domaine Arlaud Bourgogne Aligoté is a white wine from the Côte de Nuits, made from the variety that gives the appellation its name. Known in Burgundy since the seventeenth century, Aligoté grows here on clay-limestone soils. Vineyard work includes manual trimming and leaf removal, while grapes are harvested and sorted by hand. The cuvée belongs to the estate’s wider agricultural approach: herbicides were abandoned in 1998, organic certification followed in 2010 and biodynamic certification in 2014, reinforcing its attention to the life of the soil.
