Description
Domaine Arlaud Bourgogne Passe-Tout-Grain brings together Pinot Noir and Gamay grown in the Côte de Nuits. The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, while gravity handling limits mechanical intervention in the cellar. Fermentation in concrete begins with indigenous yeasts, and extraction proceeds slowly through pumping over and foot treading. After gradual pressing, the wine matures in oak barrels. Bottling takes place without fining or filtration, completing a winemaking approach based on restrained handling and gentle extraction throughout the process.
